Frequently Asked Questions

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get started?

To answer this question, I must admit some vulnerable things. I have healed and changed dramatically to a point where I am happy in life, but I didn’t always feel this way.

My struggles really began after graduating high school. I was not confident; I was unable to have a conversation with people let alone over the phone. I was such a shy butterfly; you couldn’t get me out of my cocoon. This was a problem because as an adult you have to be able to talk with people. I was too shy to approach even my college professors. It was that bad!

My anti socialness was starting to affect my everyday life. If there were group projects, I would just do mine and send the assignments off to my partner or my group and make them present in class.

I hit a defining moment my junior year of college when I knew I had to take public speaking and, in that class, no one can do your assignments only you can. Imagine how that made me feel. This shy person who couldn’t even talk to people is now giving an entire class multiple presentations throughout the semester.

That public speaking class was a blessing sent in disguise. I showed myself that I could break free from my cocoon no matter how small that crack was. With every presentation I got bolder, I began challenging myself to give a longer presentation. I was a sweaty mess by the end of them, but I proved to myself that I could do it and that this was just a constraint I was breaking free from.

Since then, I have given many talks at all the schools I attended. Presentations became nothing to me. I began giving every shy butterfly I met from that point forward tips on how to break free from their anxiety.

I didn’t know it yet but when I was giving those people advice I was taking my first steps on my journey as a coach. I now specialize in Life Coaching specifically confidence, Health & Relationship Coaching.

What kinds of clients do you work with?

I work with both men and women who struggle with confidence in life and in their careers, who struggle with body image, emotional eating and binge eating in their health, and couples or individuals who struggle with communication in their relationships.

How are you different from other Coaches?

Most other coaches give clients a checklist of what to do, what to eat, what to say and send you on your merry way. If this approach worked, it would have already worked, and people wouldn’t be seeking help.

Telling clients “Do this, not that” doesn’t work because it is not about the client’s ability to do the things coaches ask, it is about how the every day stresses of day-to-day life are affecting you and how you cope with those stresses.

So first and foremost, my coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines around healthy eating habits, present communication, and having a balanced lifestyle.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

I work best with individuals who are open-hearted and ready to make real, lasting change. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to show up willing to explore, be honest, and take those first small but powerful steps toward growth.

My coaching is for those who are ready to take responsibility for their lives—not from a place of blame, but from a place of empowerment. If you are coachable, curious, and committed (even if you're scared), you’re exactly who I’m here to serve.

What I ask of my clients is that you show up authentically. That you lean into the discomfort of growth. That you trust the process, even when it feels unfamiliar. My role is to guide and support you every step of the way—but your transformation is in your hands.

Who does this program NOT work for?

This program isn’t for those who are looking for a quick fix or who aren’t truly ready to take accountability for their lives and relationships. If you’re looking for someone to “fix” things without doing the inner work—or if you're not ready to be honest with yourself—this won’t be the right fit.

I lovingly turn away those who are not committed to showing up, being vulnerable, and doing the work. I honor your time and mine, and I want the best results for anyone who steps into this container.

What exactly is your coaching method and what does it include?

My coaching method is the right support, the right system, and the right accountability. We'll be working on a blend of mindset work, somatic awareness, and real-life strategy. We start with uncovering the deeper beliefs and stories that have been keeping you stuck— those quiet voices that tell you you’re not good enough, lovable enough, or capable enough.

From there, we rebuild. I offer you tools that support emotional regulation, confidence building, intentional communication, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether we’re working on confidence, health, or relationships—it’s all rooted in reconnecting you with your truest self.

Included in my program:

• Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

• Personalized guidance and action steps after each session

• Voice and text support in between sessions

• Practical tools and worksheets tailored to your journey

• Bonus resources like book recommendations, journal prompts, and meditation

Does this really work?

Yes—if you do the work. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but the shifts start the moment you say “yes” to yourself. I've watched my clients go from anxious and unsure to grounded, confident, and thriving in their relationships and careers. You’ll start to notice the difference in how you speak to yourself, how you make decisions, and how you show up in your world.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to:

• Build confidence from the inside out

• Set clear boundaries and communicate with clarity

• Improve your relationship with food, body, and self

• Heal limiting beliefs around love and worthiness

• Show up more powerfully in your work and personal life

• Develop self-trust and emotional resilience

• Feel seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way

How quickly can I expect results?

Every person is different—but many clients experience major breakthroughs within the first few weeks. You’ll start seeing results as soon as you begin showing up for yourself in ways you haven’t before. Consistency and commitment are key.

How can I guarantee myself that I’ll get results?

The guarantee comes from you. If you show up, stay open, and take aligned action—even when it’s uncomfortable—you will see results. I provide the right support, the right system, and the right accountability. You provide the willingness.

Will I recover the investment I put into this coaching program?

Absolutely. The return on investment goes far beyond the financial—because when you invest in your growth, your confidence, your health, and your relationships, everything in your life begins to shift. You’ll see ripple effects in your career, your joy, your connections, and your peace of mind.

Ok, I know you’re the one I want to work with. How do we get started?

Yay! I’m so honored to walk this journey with you. We start with a free Breakthrough/Discovery Session to explore where you’re at, where you want to be, and how I can help get you there. From there, we’ll talk about the best coaching program for your goals.

Although I want change, I don’t have much time. How much time do I need?

Our sessions are typically 60 minutes weekly, with gentle self-reflection or actions in between. This work isn’t about piling more onto your plate—it’s about making what’s already on your plate feel lighter. If you can commit 1–2 hours per week, you have enough time to start shifting everything.

I’m ready, but I have a few more questions. Can we talk about them in our Breakthrough/Discovery Session?

Of course! That’s exactly what the Breakthrough Session is for—to get clarity, feel into alignment, and make sure we’re the right fit for each other. Bring your questions and your heart. I’ll meet you there.
